We hope that you and your little one are delighted and completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy and wish to return a product, please contact us with your return request within 14 days of receiving your order.
We kindly ask that returned products are unopened and in their original packaging. However, being mamas ourselves, we understand if your little one got their hands on it first. Minor issues will be forgiven and you’ll receive a full refund (less shipping if applicable). All other returned products found to be opened, used, altered in any way will be charged a 20% restocking fee.
A free return label will be provided for damaged or wrong products received. If you choose to return your order because you changed your mind, we kindly ask you to cover the return shipping cost. We are more than happy to provide a label for your convenience and the shipping cost will be deducted from your final refund.
Once we receive the returned order, refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. Please allow 3-5 business days for the return process to be completed.
